Show are selling briskly, so remember to get your reservation in as soon as possible. Also remember the only way to be in the same location at every show is to reserve your tables permanently.

You can print out an application and either mail it in, or scan it and e-mail the completed form to us. We will process it and will send you a confirmation letter within 10 business days letting you know that we received it.

Revisions to our cancellation policy
At present our cancellation policy has been:

CANCELLATIONS: For nonpermanent spaces cancellations received more than 90 days in advance of a two-day show or more than 30 days in advance of a one-day show will receive a full refund. Cancellations within 90days of a two-day show or within 30 days of a one-day show will receive no refund and if guaranteed to a credit card, credit card will be charged when space is cancelled. Space guaranteed to a credit card, where the dealer does not pay at the show, will be charged immediately after the show and will include a late fee of $10.00 per table. Dealers/Exhibitors may resell their space to someone else but they remain responsible for all elements of this dealer contract. For permanent spaces cancellations do not apply but space may be resold. The Permanent table agreement may be terminated upon 90 days’ written notice for two day shows and 30 days’ written notice for 1 days shows with no further obligation.

In light of the Covid-19 situation, and our desire to keep people safe, we are amending the cancellation policy as follows. If someone cancels a show due to contracting Covid-19, a member of their household contracting Covid-19 or due to be advised by a doctor to quarantine. We will provide the customer with a credit toward a show, as long as we are notified before the opening of the show and the customer provides us with a note signed by a doctor stating the reason for the cancellation was due to the Covid-19 medical condition. We do want to remind all exhibitors that any other reason for cancelling a show within 30 days is not refundable, this includes but is not limited to car trouble, weather, illness or other obligations. Exhibitors are free to resell their tables to someone else in these situations if they desire.

 Do all the 2022 Great Midwestern Train Shows – Get one Free!

As a reward for our most loyal customers, we are providing a special incentive. If you sign up and pay for 10 Great Midwest Train Shows you will get the 11th show free. As a reminder we have 11 shows each year as there is no show in July due to the county fair.

Normally this will be applied to the December 2022 show. For customers who were unable to attend the January 2022 show due to the snowstorm, we are making a special allowance and will upon request allow the to apply this free show benefit to the January show provided they are signed up for all the remaining 2022 shows. This will assist those customers who have a cash flow issue from not being able to sell at the January show. In the event that a customer opts to take the January show free and does not attend and pay for one of the other 2022 shows, they will be billed for the January show. If you take the January show free, you will not receive the December show for free.
